Effective Date: April 2025

1. Eligibility

Participants must be 18 years or older to join the Build Together Referral Program (“Program”). By enrolling, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. How It Works

After approval, you’ll receive a unique referral link. When a referred client completes JLV Construction’s form using your link and signs a project contract with a deposit, you become eligible for a reward.

3. Referral Rewards

Rewards are issued only after the client has signed a formal contract and paid a deposit. Payouts may take up to 30 days to process and will be distributed via check, PayPal, or another agreed-upon method.

4. Tax Obligations

If your rewards total $600 or more within a calendar year, a completed W-9 form will be required and income may be reported to the IRS using Form 1099-NEC.

5. Program Integrity

Fraudulent, abusive, or misleading referral activity is grounds for disqualification. JLV Construction reserves the right to remove participants at its discretion.

6. Program Changes

JLV Construction may update or cancel this Program at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically.
